Part One 非常有意思,很好地解释了心理治疗背后的生理基础。Part Two 堪称画风突变,我几乎怀疑作者突然换了,也许所谓的 Alpha/Beta 人格是国外的热词,但给人的感觉太像臭名昭著的成功学了,忍不住跳过。Part Three 比较像随笔,故事还算有意思。总体上视角新颖,不过似乎也并不十分专业,更像是一本神经科学爱好者作品。
